Destacking Trolley
Two destacking trolleys, tool changer robot stand and tooling were designed as a part of automation of production line for Holden Ltd.
The purpose of the destacking trolleys was to take a load of different shaped blanks (72 types)from a forklift and then transport them on specially profiled tracks to the unloading station.
In this station magnetic field of fanning magnets disperse stacked blanks which enable a robot to pick the blanks separately.
The tool changer was design to precise and fast change of tooling. The change is conducted by a robot placed on the robot stand over moving trolley.
